Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Consultant to lead our procurement team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective procurement strategies, negotiating high-value contracts, and managing complex supplier relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
  • Lead negotiations for high-value contracts with key suppliers.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
  • Manage and mentor junior procurement staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present detailed procurement reports to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
